The Future of Agriculture

Welcome to Kline Family Farms website.

Kline Family Farms is a second-generation family farm located in east central Indiana.  Our annual crop production includes corn, soybeans, and seed wheat. Our logo, Innovative Farming with Integrity, was formulated to accurately reflect our philosophy as well as our mission. We are a farm enterprise that recognizes and values the importance of the many partnerships it takes to successfully operate our farm.  We strive to produce the highest yields possible, using the latest technology  while utilizing superior land stewardship practices.  Our goal is to be profitable for our landowners while sustaining land productivity for the future. Our commitment to these goals will be illustrated as we launch our website to provide you the latest news and information  about our operation.

This Week at Kline Family Farms

This week on the farm we are starting to see GREEN all around us. Early summer rain showers over the weekend have the crops really greening up and growing and growing...

A spell of nice weather the third week of May allowed us to finishing planting and begin the next phase of caring for the crops. Applying nitrogen to the corn, spraying for weeds, applying fungicide to the wheat (to control disease) and applying foliar feed to the beans (a form of fertilizer) are the jobs that have kept the guys extremely busy. Make sure to follow us all spring for up to the minute updates on twitter @klinefamilyfarm.
